Dukes 92 Manchester Relaunch

In December 2015, Elle R Leisure, the company behind one of Manchesters most iconic bars and restaurants,Dukes 92, announced that it would be investing £1m in a major refurbishment of the venue to mark its 25th anniversary.

Working in collaboration with appointed interior designer, Space Invader, we designed and supplied the lighting for this striking scheme which is both respectful of the area’s industrial past and uses Duke’s existing features as a base for a striking scheme that also connects with the outside.

We created an all LED, fully dimable scheme provided through a range of Enigma brand products including the track mounted Tubular fitting, the ceiling recessed Darklight fitting, LED Filament Lamps and a number of bespoke items for the private dining areas.

A real highlight of the new space is a dramatic 50ft long brushed brass bar with a spectacular full height back lit diamond form bottle display above it.

To top off a fantastic 25th anniversary renowned Manchester graphic designer, Trevor Johnson, has created a new brand for Dukes 92, 25 years after he created their first.

With such a great new space the next 25 years is looking bright!
